CAN I ENLARGE OR TIGHTEN MY RING?
The measurement, also depending on the size of the required measures, is often a very delicate intervention that risks compromising integrity beyond the aesthetics of the ring.

For the customization, as well as in general for post-sale interventions, it is highly discouraged to contact unauthorized laboratories that, not knowing the constructive details, run a high risk of compromising the jewel
IN WHICH RISKS CAN I INCORRECT WITH A HOUSEHOLD CLEANING?
For different reasons, in the presence of pearls or diamonds, the homemade cleaning of a jewel can be more risky and it is therefore advisable to rely on a professional cleaning.
Especially when it comes to organic gems (pearls), contact with external agents that can cause irreversible damage such as perfumes, creams, thermal shocks, humidity, chlorine, smoke, ammonia, etc. should generally be avoided.
A good habit to preserve their jewels is also to take care to store them after use, separately in sachets or single cases, soft and clean, in dry places, far from heat sources and generally protected from agents that can damage.
We advise you to always remove your jewels when you carry out thinking work, but also the simple washing of dishes.
The pearls are fixed with an epoxy resin heat sensitive.

HOW CAN I DO IF MY PEARL NECKLACE IS BROKEN?
The necklaces as well as the pearl bracelets are threaded with a special silk and nylon thread. After prolonged use, it may happen that there is a loosening of the safety nodes or of a fraying of the wire or of the breaking of the same.
To this it is necessary to provide for the re-threading of the jewel.

WHY MY WHITE GOLD JEWEL HAS BECOME YELLOWING?
It may happen that white gold jewels tends to turn yellow over time. This is a known phenomenon, characteristic of white gold alloys, which, in some cases, can be accelerated by reactions with external agents but, being superficial, can be avoided or easily eliminated through periodic cleaning with appropriate products.
However, if the jewel has a rhodium-plated finish, it is possible that the yellowing is linked to the loss of brightness of the cold component of the rhodium treatment and the consequent emergence of the warmer colour, typical of the natural white gold alloy.
In any case, even rhodium plating is an easy to restore surface treatment.
